All the information collected from you shall be maintained by TDF DIAMOND FACTORY (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED and its associates (“TDF – Diamonds & Gold”, “The Diamond Factory”, “TDF”, “We”, “Us”), in confidence and be used to and provide you with various special offers, prizes, gifts, etc. TDF will not commercially exploit the information by sale to any third party. In addition to using the information referenced above to enhance the experience, we also retain your name, address, contact number, e-mail address, and purchase information in our customer database. When you use our mobile application (“Application”), we also collect and retain your mobile number, state and PIN code, the identity and KYC documents you submit for our savings plans, details of the savings plans you enrol in, your instalment payments and receipts, your device identifier and push-notification token, and crash and diagnostic data. We use that information to respond to your inquiries, provide you with the latest product and event updates, and other communications by post, email, telephone, in-device messaging and/or text message (SMS), social media platforms, and other communicable means. We also use the information collected through the Application to create and manage your account, operate your savings plan, apply the gold rate applicable to your state, verify your identity as required by law, send instalment reminders and service notifications, provide customer support, and improve the Application. With your permission, the Application sends push notifications regarding your instalments, plan updates and offers, which you may turn off at any time in your device settings.

We are also bound to cooperate fully if required by law or legal processes to provide information about a customer. We may share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners and third parties who assist us in conducting our business, operating our website/Application, or servicing you or for advertisement and promotional purposes, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Payments made through the Application are processed by Razorpay; your card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure payment screens and are not stored by TDF, and Razorpay’s own privacy policy governs how it handles that information. We also use service providers such as Google Firebase for notifications and diagnostics, who may use your information only to provide their services to us. TDF can also publish your reviews, comments, and content, i.e., where you have uploaded product reviews, comments, or content to our websites or Application and made them publicly visible, TDF may link to, publish or publicize these materials elsewhere including our advertisements. We endeavor to limit our said offers/contacts to those that would be of specific interest to you. If you prefer to not be contacted about our special offers, products, or services, please notify us. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required by applicable financial, tax and other laws, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information and your account at any time by writing to sales@tdfjewellery.com from your registered email address or by calling +91-9324956506, although certain records, such as transaction and KYC records, may need to be retained where we are required to do so by law. The Application is not intended for persons below 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Please note that our privacy policy will be subject to changes at any point in time without any prior notice.

The savings plan operated through the Application is offered directly by TDF DIAMOND FACTORY (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED from its own stores. The Application does not provide loans or credit, and there is no third-party lender; your information is therefore not shared with any lender.
