Account Closure Request

You can request permanent closure of your TDF Diamonds & Gold account and associated data. All closure requests are reviewed by our team before processing.

Review Period: 7-8 Business Days

All account closure requests are stored and reviewed within 7-8 business days. During this period your account will be marked as "pending closure." You may contact us to cancel the request before it is processed.

How to Request Account Closure

  1. 1 Open the TDF Diamonds & Gold on your device and log in to your account.
  2. 2 Go to the You tab → Account Details → Close Account.
  3. 3 Enter the 6-digit SMS code sent to your registered mobile number and type the confirmation text.
  4. 4 Confirm and submit your account closure request.

Alternatively, you can email us at admindesk@tdfjewellery.com with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from the email or phone number linked to your account.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Permanently Deleted
  • Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Login credentials and authentication tokens
  • KYC documents and verification data
  • Push notification tokens and device information
  • App preferences and settings
